Designed for experienced dancers ready to challenge themselves, this class builds upon a strong foundation of bellydance vocabulary using the Salimpour format. Dancers are expected to be familiar with the basic movement language and prepared for a faster-paced learning environment.

Classes begin with a more intensive strength and conditioning warm-up, followed by drills that explore increased speed, layering, directional changes, and traveling movements. Combinations are longer and more intricate, encouraging dancers to refine technique, improve stamina, and develop greater artistry and performance quality.
